This place is an awesome getaway if you're looking to escape the bright lights, thumping pop music or electronic sound effects of slot machines. Sure you have to walk through all of that to get to Second Street Grill inside the Fremont Casino, but once you're there it's worth it. This is one of the best values in Vegas. Don't make the mistake of going to Tony Roma's next to it! That place can't cook a steak to save their lives! A King Cut prime rib at Second Street is under $30 and on Fridays you can get a big T-bone, mushrooms, green beans, baked potato and salad for $22.99. The atmosphere is nice with dimmed lights and soft piano music and the service is quick. We took a team of 6 hungry salesmen who all got steaks (cooked to perfection of course) and we were in and out in under an hour. Second Street Grill is a great break from the noise of Las Vegas and an even better value for your dollar!
