  • I'll add to all the other bad reviews! Its really sad because my flood mitigation was done promptly and I couldn't be happier with the dry out. Unfortunately the restoration piece was a nightmare. The work that was done was good. The communication by Don was the pitts. I am still waiting for the drawers to be built into my vanity, and I'm sure they were paid by the insurance company because I signed off as complete with one item needing work. They are slow slow slow for minor work. Believe me I will never use them again! Shame on Nationwide for keeping them in their roster of people to help you with a disaster, because they add to your stress!
