  • Dropped off a prescription at 8:45 pm. Was told it would be ready by 10:30 the latest, but "probably sooner." I was suppose to receive a text or call by 10:30 which I never received. I decided to come anyway at 10:33 I walked in and stood in line until about around 10:45 only for them to say it still wasn't ready. Really?? How long could it possibly take to gather some cough syrup and Flonase?! I just don't understand it. Then I was told "hold on let me grab it for u if u wanna grab a seat" and the person went and helped the next 6 people that were In line behind me.. Yes I counted and yes I'm not even joking!!! That's so fucking rude!!! And I'm too sick to cause a scene bc normally I would have opened my mouth!! And why is there only one person working the register when there's easy 5 people in line at any given time??! Ridiculous!!! I finally got my prescription at 11:13!!! Didn't even apologize for the wait. I understand they're busy but that's completely unacceptable!!! Needless to say I will never get prescriptions filled att his location ever again!!!!
