  • What a joke - "while supplies last." I've been in three times with 1-2 hours left in the day and there is never enough cupcakes left - at least of the good flavors (who wants a chai cupcake, seriously). Don't be so cheap as to avoid having any waste at the end of the day and make enough to support the demand. There are better offerings out there, never again to Top It.
