Oh boy where to start. If I could give them negative stars I would. I brought my van In to get an airbag recall. They somehow managed to break my dashboard, which apparently the part is discontinued so they couldn't replace it. They said I could bring it back to have an existing issue fixed because they couldn't replace my part. Well man did they screw me over. After having it there for over a week while I went to California, and they needed all that time to "work" on it. I brought it elsewhere cause they claimed they didn't know what they were doing on sprinters. Good to know after they take it in to work on it?? My new mechanic tells me about 7-8 things that were wrong with it, all caused by the place I took it to before. Bill Luke. After having a four way phone call with my new mechanic, the general managager at bill Luke and their technician, I got nothing. They offered to pay 50% of a $35 part they broke. Really. Can't even pay $35. Everyone who works there is soooo unbelievably rude. Let me just point out some of the incompetent workers I had to deal with. Earl, the services manager. Chris, the general manager, and earnest the service writer. These men are so rude and disrespectful I do not know how they are in the positions they're in. I am a business owner, so I know what it's like to deal with people who are upset and issues like this. And let me tell you, you don't handle it like them. Extremely unprofessional and I hope they end up working somewhere crappy where they belong.
