  • Finally!!! OUTSTANDING Thai cuisine and it happens to be in our Valley of the Sun! I originally tried Thai cuisine in LA in the early 1980's. Back then, the food was incredible and 'Thai Hot'. And I mean HOT but never to the point of not being able to taste the dish - that's important. I haven't really had as good Thai food since and I often eat Thai when I travel. There are many good and some great Thai restaurants out there but Siam Thai Cuisine is nothing short of spectacular. Beware, Hot is hot here, especially the marinated green mango salad but wow is it good. Definitely try the Angel Wings. This is one of those dishes that I could never find as good as some of the original restaurants in LA but Siam does it up right.
