The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because the food and drinks ARE good and we have and still repeatedly go here, so I can't knock it too much... BUT having said that, at LEAST every other time we go here we have a problem with the staff. I don't understand why because everything should pretty straightforward in a bagel shop?? Consistent screw ups, we've never been through the drive thru and usually just eat right there ,but it's no different. If something came out wrong, or if only one of us got our order and 10 minutes later the other person still didn't get theirs - the staff AVOID you like the plague! I guess they think if they avoid eye contact with you, then you'll just go away. There just shouldn't be that much drama in a bagel joint.
I also hate the layout of the place with the 2 register system (one to order and one to pay) - the place is pretty cramped with the tables and the foot traffic is always hard to maneuver with/around when you want to look and see what bagels they have.
