  • We had to take our golden there to be put down sadly. The staff was wonderful and make the whole experience as pleasant as possible! Audrey and Amber helped us take a few paw and nose prints and were very very sweet and helpful during those moments. Audrey even helped us carry our things to our car and hugged us goodbye. It was so nice to be treated that way by a stranger but it really made all the difference to us! Thank you! *edit- we also got a card in the mail a few days later signed by most of the staff. It wasn't a generic card and very heartfelt!
