  • The service was slow. And by slow I mean nearly absent. Our original server took our drinks order and then didn't come back for about 15 minutes. We ordered our apps and the our entrees at the same time. The restaurant was not very crowded as we were there at 3 in the afternoon. I ordered a second beer and it never came. I got my food which had the hottest jalapeños on it and burned my mouth. I wish that beer was there. I had to drink some of my son's drink to avoid spontaneous combustion. Several minutes later a different waitress came over and asked us if our original server had told us he was transitioning to hostess. We told Her no but I did ask her if my beer I had ordered 20 minutes prior might come now. She did return with it and told me it was on the house so that was better. The food was good enough for bar food. The service might be the only reason we don't return. The bar was missing several of their brews as they had "run out". One of the reasons we went was for the large beer selection and was disappointed. Wasn't the worst dining experience we've had but the service was poor.
