  • DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU NEED YOUR CLOTHES ON TIME!!! The is an expensive dry cleaners to begin with. I dropped two suits and a few other items on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and was told the clothes would be ready on Saturday. I always get an email when my clothes are ready. At 5pm I realized I never received the email so I called immediately and the person I spoke with said the order was only partially ready, then can back and said "it looks like it was entered incorrectly and that the order is probably ready", but said he was leaving now at 5:02pm so there was nothing he could do. Now I have 1 suit for a week long over seas business trip! I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!
