Maybe there is a college in the area, this place is packed with people in their early twenties....mostly Asian.
There are bookselves against the wall with magazines in chinese, japanese and english. It's a very cozy tea house with all kinds of chairs and couches to provide a different layback experience every time you go. I never got to experience it, of course. It was packed!
I'm not sure how relaxing it would be to sit on a comfy chair in a packed room. But I get the idea;)
The drinks were very nice. The tapioca used seem subpar. The tea isn't that great either. the overall drinks though, were quite good. I guess they struck a balance between cheapness and good combination. I had the iced oolong tea and the iced yogurt fruit tea. It wasn't as nice as the ones I had in the tea station in california, but I really would complain. This place was opened till 2am. I visited at around midnight.
