  • So mad! I called on Tuesday, talked with someone in their termite department and was told they would be out at 2pm on Friday, I waited two hours, called and was told they didn't have anything on the books. I have now waited a week and now need to start over again on Monday with a new company. Don't use these guys! They obviously are not organized and don't care about customer service.
