  • I was walking around First Markham Place one day and noticed Quality Shoe Repair. It was unlike all the other stores at the mall because the store was dimmed and it looked messy. I have a thing for things that seem to be out of place, so a few days later (also after reading Rana L's review), I came back with my pair of black heels that I wear fairly regularly and see if Quality Shoe Repair and fix my worn out heels. I was very satisfied with the results. So much so I brought a pair of my favourite leather boots and Kevin absolutely revamped them, they looked practically new. Even my mum couldn't believe how good it looked. You know you've done good when mum approves.
