  • Walked into the office an hour before closing and was greeted by the doctor who looked like a patient saying "I'm leaving." As I walked up to the check-in desk to sign in he made a comment that they were closing and I needed to leave. Would not have minded if he introduced himself as the doctor and said they were closing early when I initially walked inside. Instead he acted like a jerk because I didn't recognize that he was the doctor. The morale of the entire office was poor. Will never consider this urgent care facility in the future.
