  • Fantastic! After working in Spain a a tour guide, my expectations of tapas in Toronto are fairly low, as I'm usually disappointed. We had pretty much every item on the menu at Carmen last night and every one was excellent, right down to the mandatory churros. I'll be back for paella! My only problem at all was ahead if the time, as their website doesn't seem to be very mobile-friendly and I wasn't able to reserve online
