  • Great experience overall, making the appointment was easy and even though they did not have the preferred time I wanted available, they were able to accomodate another day that worked for me. The lady who scheduled was very (unnecessarily) apologetic about not having the time and was genuinely concerned. We had Sam come out to the house this weekend and repair my freezer. He was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what he was doing and explained the why behind it. It was like calling a family member, not a company. He was able to resolve all of the issues and even offered some extra advice on how to care, clean, and even what to watch out for. Best Appliance Repair I've ever dealt with!
