  • Went in to buy a road bike. My first road bike. Have been riding mountain bikes. Said I wanted to stay at about $1,000.00. The staff member was such a jerk about that to begin with. Rather than get me into a bike to start with he just said I would be wasting my money and would be getting rid of it soon and wouldn't be able to get my money out of it. Then said, "I really don't work out here anyway, I work in the back." I guess he works on the bikes, not in sales. That's good. I stood around a bit, walked around more looking around, thinking someone would wait on me. Nothing. All to busy having fun with friends. This was my 3rd time in there and did not get help once. Snobs it seemed to me. First, second and third impressions. Usually right?
