  • I was unsure of how many stars to reward Eyetique in Shadyside after miscommunication took place between myself and Marc, a representative of the store. But after clearing up all of the confusion and receiving my final receipt I cannot deny Marc or the business anything but the best rating. I was unaware that Eyetique was outside of my vision insurance network while completing a full eye exam and glasses purchase. While Marc did not inform me of this fact, he was willing to help accommodate my financial needs after I became aware of the minimal reimbursement that my insurance would provide. I shared with him what my insurance would have covered had they been in my network, and he matched each and every amount. I received over $200 in refunds and only paid what I would have if I went to an in-network provider. I am ecstatic about Marc's, and Eyetique's, flexibility and customer service. Their willingness to price match with my insurance provider after our miscommunication was outstanding AND I now I still get to keep my fantastic designer frames! I highly recommend scheduling and purchasing with Eyetique.
