The park itself is fun. It was my 3 year Olds first trip to a water park and she really enjoyed the jr section. The lines for the smaller water slides went by very quickly so she was able to get on them as many times as she wanted.
Now the employees here are so horrible. So bad I feel like my day was ruined by an employee there by the name of David H, who worked in the jr racers section. He not only yelled at my child for going the wrong way up the slide when all she was doing was trying to grab her mat, but then he preceeded to yell at me for saying "Come on she's only 3" we argued for a brief minute i asked for his name and he then clapped in my face and said "Good job". I went to a manager named Andrew who apologized for his behavior as I'm speaking with the manager he approaches us and says "Oh is she telling on me" and starts arguing with me yet again. I mean seriously who does that. The manager did apologize again and handled it very well. He took him out of that area thank god.
We next took our baby to the wave pool. I asked if our 6 month old needed a life vest and was told no as long as you hold her. I went back an hour later and was told she couldn't go in without a vest.
We also waited in line for a drink refill for about 20 mins because they were out of ice.
I am from California and feel like we wasted a whole day simply because the staff was so horrible.
