  • We stayed at Palazzo for our wedding and I booked 6 rooms. Lena at the front desk helped me coordinate every single one to make sure we were taken care of. She even allowed us to check out late because we brought so many decorations and flowers for the wedding. She was patient with us and knew exactly what we wanted and helped us make it possible! We had rooms exactly where we needed them and that helped facilitate the wedding preparation the day before, day of, and day after. She is such a phenomenal employee. I normally don't write reviews but for her, I just had to share our joy. She made everything as stress free as possible.
