My first experience was to wait for an hour for my appointment. I was then told my visit was going to last 1 1/2 hrs. I didn't have that long off work so I had to leave. Then I came back to get a crown on a Saturday and it broke within 2 hours. I called the weekend on call service to let them know that i was in extreme pain and they took a message and never called me back. I believe the crown was put on wrong because they switched out the dental assistant in the middle of the procedure and the dentist wasn't there at all. Every step of the way I have had a horrible experience. They do not have a good system and they are extremely disorganized.
