Wow. How is this place still open? Corporate needs to review this franchisee and take it away from the current owner. It's hurting your brand - orders frequently wrong, credit cards not being returned (drive-thru), ridiculously long delays, poor customer service, etc. The list goes on. Each year it's been open, they manage to get worse. Shut this owner down and give the franchise to someone more deserving - no quality control, staff aren't trained properly and, from what I can tell, extremely poor vetting when hiring. Absolutely brutal. Highly recommend people avoid this location to send McD corporate and the franchisee a message.
