  • My friend refer me to this spa, and said they have excellent service. Therefore, i've purchase a package with them. My first two appointments were very very bad. The therapist in my 1st appointment was trying so hard to promote their facial products, which is pretty annoying. Another therapist in my 2nd appointment did a very bad job on extraction. It's super painful, but the blackheads were not extracted... Finally i've book with better or normal therapist in my 3rd appointment, and i try so hard to book with her every single time. Scheduling appointment with this office is another painful experience. I've told them that I'm not available on Saturday, but they will keep giving me Saturday appointment. I tried again to book my 6th appointment in mid-Sept, but they are fully booked until mid-Oct, and they're not willing to pre-book my appointment at the end of Oct. So I did call again in Nov to book... A man pick up my call and he is so rude. He wasn't able to help me to book my appointment and ask me to call back in December. I will not come back to this place once I've finish all my package.
