  • Over the past year, our alarm system has issued several false warnings on an intermittent basis. Typically this would wake us up around 2am. We contacted Bay Alarm and they had a representative onsite the next morning and he resolved the issue. To avoid future false alarms (and lack of sleep), Bay Alarm worked with us on an alarm system replacement that would meet our budget. The installation took the better part of a day (due to the size of our home and number of entry points). A current alarm system was installed and that has resolved our false alarms completely. This gave us a bonus of having several new features that we are now using. We couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of Bay Alarm and their representatives. These guys know their stuff.
