  • My husband and I viewed the apartment community on 7/18. We were greeted by Dee the leasing agent. Prior to visiting I had called and talked to another agent and she answered all my questions. Both agents were friendly and knowledgeable. Dee showed us the two different 2bd model units. They were staged beautifully and included everything my husband and I were looking for. We went back to the office and Dee answered all of my questions, and I had a lot. The over all experience was pleasant. The pool looked clean and the grounds were well taken care of. They are about to remodel some of the community areas like the club house, pool, etc. however these areas still looked well maintained. My husband and I did decide Monaco parks would be our future home. I will update again after moving in.
