'A pretentious hybrid between a hookah bar and a danceclub for barely legal teens.'
The primary purpose of a Hookah bar is to sit and unwind with friends; to trade stories, experiences, laughs, and to talk about the issues of the day when inclined. Fire N Ice tries to add 'trendy' decor and music to this tradition, and fails brilliantly, defeating the purpose of a Hookah bar.
The seating (especially the couches along the outer walls) is uncomfortable and one can barely hear people friends speak over the booming music (it would even be loud for a dance club). And, the 'trendy' seemed to attract a crowd about as intelligent as the design of the place.
If an evening trying to find a comfortable place to sit whilst yelling at your friends sitting a foot away from you (who would probably just be texting anyway) is what your after, then I could recommend this place.
On a positive note, the wallpaper is neat; like something you'd find in an old, victorian-era house.
