  • The hotel experience was fairly upscale, pleasant and likable... i'd say i'm a fan. I arrived to the hotel for a conference in late April, despite the many people present the hotel staff did a great job making sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks to 'spa-week', I booked a massage at their spa for 60% off. The spa experience was great, the room was clean and upscale, the furnishings were nice and the overall experience was great.... but there were some downsides. My view of the a/c units and the freeway stunk... although there were plenty of restaurants nearby, if you don't have a car your options get old very quickly. Lastly, you have to pay for wi-fi in your room, lame. Although these 'complaints' are minor, they do add up to an overall experience that was great but not outstanding. Although i'd stay there on my own dime (work paid for this one), if someone else offered free-wifi, i'd be there.
