  • I would give zero stars if possible. So I am not sure why I hired this company in the first place, but I did and this is my experience. Very unprofessional with regards to contacting you on a regular basis while your belongings are being transferred. I had to ask so many questions for information I should have just been told. They do not invoice, so just have to trust them. So it turned out this company has no trucks or movers themselves. They hire AMS transportation to do all the pick up and delivery. Why go through these guys when you can call AMS directly. They said the weight of my stuff was 1000 pounds more than initially thought. Things that got broken do not add up to a ton of money, but there is a $300 deductible anyways, and you have to deal with AMS for claims. For real, I have no idea why Relocation Services even exists. I do not think they do exist, they have no office location in any city. I basically think I got scammed, could have definitely got a cheaper price from a professional moving company.
