Coffee is very good but the service is horrible. I came with my husband and my mom after having such a great first experience here about a year back. There was only one barista. I know she was busy but she let us stand at the counter for 10 minutes without even acknowledging us! Seriously you nasty thing, at least say I am sorry but I will be with you shortly. We just stood there and stared at her while she worked at other coffees. My mom tried to ask her a question and she ignored us. I ordered a Mexican mocha and a lemon scone. She took the lemon scone from the fridge and it was hard as a rock. My mom asked me if she should be heating it up and frankly the barista had such a negative attitude that I was afraid if I asked her anything she would spit in my coffee. My husband got a Thai iced tea that had way to much milk in it and my mom was so frustrated she just got a plain coffee. I want to support local but I also want at least an attempt at good customer service. Hey owners- great location and cool vibe but time to clean house. Oh and who was the woman sitting in the corner who kept walking behind the counter? I was hoping she was another worker so we could get out of there in under 30 minutes but she kept taking a laptop from under the counter and returning to her seat. Seating is limited so watching someone sit there with no drink or food while using the company's property was a little frustrating.
