I have been using this clinic for years, even after moving miles away to northwest Phoenix I still drive the distance to take my dog (now dogs) there. Recently I had my 14 year old cocker spaniel's teeth cleaned due to bad breath and likely infection. I dropped him off and they assured me he would be fine. I picked him up later in the day and his awful teeth were sparkly white and they removed the bad teeth causing the problem---no more bad breath. The procedure was very expensive, however, I knew what to expect because I had had it done once before in 2009. Due to my dog's age I thought he may be at tremendous risk from the anesthetic. But in the end imagine the pain of a tooth infection of multiple teeth---I'd reached the point I didn't care about the cost because the poor dog was clearly in pain. It is now a few days since his procedure, he clearly is enjoying his food more than he was and he has an extra big bounce in his arthritic step. I am thrilled with how this procedure went and if there is any other person out there terrified to put their dog under, just ask the vet--my procedure went very well with no worries. It was expensive but it was worth every penny. Thanks again to all at the clinic.
