  • I would give them zero stars but it will not allow you to not select at least 1 star. I purchased over $3.5K worth of furniture from MOR furniture for less. I was suppose to receive my delivery in 2 deliveries. I am currently on my 7th scheduled delivery and a month later. They have missed the 4 hour delivery timeframe everytime, not by 1 hour, not by 2 hours but days. I have missed work 5 of those times. They do not call and let you know they will not make it or even that they will be late you will need to call. But with that said the customer services reps are rude and could care less. They(Shawn and Walter) are self claimed managers and will not transfer you to a manager. I am writing this on the day of my 8th delivery attempt that was supposed to be 7pm, I called they said 8pm and it is now about 8pm and no word from them. I asked on about the 6th delivery and the last piece for them to cancel that order and come pick up the rest for a refund. Shawn laughed(yes really) said he could cancel the last piece but could not pick up the rest for a refund. Well...the last piece is the 3rd piece of an entertainment center so if I cannot return the other 2 pieces I am stuck waiting on the 3rd. I will never ever ever step a foot into this business again and I still have 3/4 of a new house to furnish.
