We have been down on our luck the past few years and we just can't seem to catch a break! The other day while sitting at my desk at work I notice that one of the diamonds in my ring is loose. (It was on my diamond band which already had a cracked one) Being that it's an "invisible setting" no jeweler wants to touch it since it's a setting that will just continue to have problems. I was so upset at the thought that my ring will just have to sit in a box until we could afford to buy a new setting. For the hell of it I decided to bring it to Isaacs to see if they will help me. Frank himself was there and came over to look at it. He said he can fix it but will need to take a deeper look at it and will give me an estimate the next day. His salesman Greg called me the next morning and told me that Frank can fix it but it would cost about about $500. I was relieved that I finally found someone to take on the job but was sad that we couldn't really afford to fix it. I told him I would have to hold off on it for now and planned on getting it fixed after the holidays. When I came back to pick up the ring they said it wasn't ready. Weird, they weren't doing anything. She said it was at the shop he would call me when he got it back at the store. No problem. Frank called me 5 minutes later and said there was a little bit of confusion with his jeweler and my ring was already fixed. He added some gold where it was wearing thin, tightened all the diamonds, and replaced the cracked one. I started to panic thinking of how I was going to pay him when he said " It was our mistake, you don't owe me anything it's my gift to you." IT WAS THE NICEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO US ALL YEAR! I couldn't help but cry. ( for the record, I don't cry. I'm not a cryer) I am so incredibly grateful!!!! This little "mistake" of theirs meant the world to me. Thank you Isaac Jewelers! I have been telling everyone about my favorite jewelry store and their incredible customer service. My girlfriend in Chicago will be bringing her wedding ring to your store next month. I too will be back soon so I can upgrade my diamond. Love Franks designs better than all the other designers he carries. He also sells Smartcut diamonds that are hard to find!
