  • Service going downhill since the female service advisors left. The guys there now are crabby, uncaring, and rude! Called three times to get a repair on my Mazda3, but each time was some excuse. First time they said they would need to find out if they had the parts and would call me back. Never got a call back. Second and third times they said too busy to get me in and I should call back another day. Price estimate kept changing and getting higher too. Decided to start looking for another place to get my Mazda serviced.
