Looking for a reliable place to order and deliver flowers? DO NOT USE TELEFLORA! I put in an order yesterday for flowers to be delivered today. I received an email at 9am this morning indicating they could not process the arrangement I ordered. I called customer support and then rep told me to select another bouquet on the website because the one I had chosen was not available. No big deal - so we go on the website together and I pick out a different one for the same price. I confirm with him again that the price is in accordance to what I ordered and that it will be delivered today. He confirmed there were no issues and the flowers would be delivered. I receive another email at 4pm indicating that the delivery could not be made. I once again call customer service and they told me my order could not be processed cause they need more money. This is unacceptable. I needed the flowers for today, but clearly that was not going to happen since they waited till almost end of day to tell me my order was not processed. The bottom line is, DO NOT USE TELEFLORA for your flower delivery. They obviously are unable to coordinate with local florists to meet your needs in a timely way and won't let you know until it's too late. Super unprofessional and reliable.
