  • If I could give 0 stars I would. First, we came for the NBA opening game and they were gracious enough to put it on. Then then "manager" changed the channel to hockey, which none of the tables were watching. We asked for her to change it back to NBA and she refused to do so stating " AZ sports takes precedence over any other sports". She would not turn on opening day of NBA, but then turned on MLB .... dodgers which is not an AZ sport. She proceeded to tell me I was rude and she was trying to be nice. If you are looking to watch the NBA, don't go to this Zipps. This "manager" has 0 customers service and I will be calling corporate because no manager should talk to a customer like that.
