| - I have reviewed Bulwark before and gave them a well-deserved 5-star rating. Not this time, or should I say the last 3 times. Our last inspection had to be rescheduled THREE TIMES. For the first 2 appointments, nobody called, nobody came. I called the 24/7 office both times. The 1st appt they could not find the tech, he just never reported into the office. The 2nd appt they offered no reason. We never received any kind of notice confirming our 3rd appt, so I had to contact them - why was this my job?
Yesterday a very nice Luis came out and sprayed our house. Curiously, he told me they typically do not spray inside homes, when we have already had this done multiple times. He did it, but this is not the first time a Bulwark employee tells me they do not provide a service when we have previously received the same service; whether it is for any service indoors or outdoors.
So we don't have any pests inside, which is good. But for each appointment we should have had, we had to wait around 3 hours just to find out nobody was coming. That is a total of 6 hours. And each time they come, I move furniture and other things around to make it easier for them to do a more thorough job, and then it takes me more time to move things back.which = more time.
I am appalled at their current lack of customer service, which has really gone down within the last year. Not sure why, but we remain both DISAPPOINTED, really disappointed.
