Located in the Eureka casino. We came on a weeknight and the restaurant was pretty empty. I'm from the San Gabriel Valley, and I thought the food was good for the Las Vegas area but I've had better. We got the pork belly bao, which was pretty much a gua bao in Taiwanese cuisine. The pork belly was a little dry but the flavor was there. We also got the short rib grilled cheese on sourdough, which was ok compared to other grilled cheeses that I've had. Would recommend coming here if you want your pork belly fix.
