You want to know two things that are the same in Las Vegas and San Diego?
1. The name Babycakes.
2. They both serve red velvet pancakes.
The only difference is that in Babycakes Cafe in Las Vegas it is much cheaper to get the full stack. You get six pancakes topped with cream cheese syrup for nine dollars. In San Diego, you get two pancakes with cream cheese spread on top and in between the pancakes with fruit for $11.
Personally, I would rather have red velvet pancakes in Las Vegas than San Diego because I get my money worth for six pancakes for nine dollars. Sorry, Babycakes in San Diego.
I recommend coming to Babycakes Cafe on a weekday near opening time because my boyfriend and I didn't wait on a Tuesday morning around 10:15 AM.
If you love red velvet everything-cupcakes, drinks, pancakes--I recommend getting these pancakes. You will not be disappointed.
