I expected a plain boring bar and grill in this resort but was EXTREMELY surprised. The CBA sandwich (chicken bacon avocado) was excellent. Good bread, crispy bacon, tasty marinated chicken and the fries were good with salt and pepper I added. However, the highlight was a 24 year old waitress named Holly very recently transplanted from the northeast who has some top-notch mixed drink skills. Her Mai-Tai beats the best I've had, and that's after trying them for 27 years to find one as good as the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Oahu or Bob Chinn's Seafood restaurant near Chicago. And to top it off, Holly then makes the best Long Island Iced Tea I've had, shattering a 20 year record, and even my own attempts to make them. Good hire, 17 Degrees!!
