| - I don't understand all the negative comments lately. I see that a lot of people are bringing in items that are in horrible conditions (broke screens, unresponsive devices, etc...) and they expect the technicians to do magic tricks and make it all okay again for free. Come on guys, let's get real here.
I went there yesterday because I accidentally wiped my entire hard drive on my MacBook Pro and I could not get it to work. It was a walk-in appt, so they did warn me it would be 60-90 minutes before someone could see me. I sat there for about 45 minutes, hanging out, checking out their products and then a very nice guy came to me and said my issue was pretty straight forward. They took my MacBook Pro to the back, reinstalled the OS and I was good to go! No charge, great friendly service and I had no issues at all.
The difference is, I was polite, I was nice and my product was not shattered. Those 3 things make a big difference in how you get treated in return.
Overall, great experience and a great Apple store. Thanks guys!
