  • VERY disappointed with what they did with my hair. I asked for a very subtle balayage and they just dyed my whole hair. I told them that I didn't like it while I was in the chair and and they didn't really do much to fix it. I get comments every day on how my natural hair was better. I called them after a couple of weeks and asked if they can fix it and their response was "we can't promise it'll be entirely free." For $160 I left with my hair looking horrendous!
