  • if i could give zero stars i would, i showed up this Saturday with the intentions of getting my nails filled. thinking yes it maybe busy, but the reviews convinced me it would be worth it. Let me tell you it was not. i showed up and the receptionist said in about 15 minuets someone could take me. this was shocking due to the fact it was late afternoon and i assumed they would be very busy. i thought i lucked out and was very excited thinking i had found my new nail spot. after a half an hour a young lady showed up and told us that they only had three nails tech on duty (For a Saturday that is crazy!) and that two of them didn't do acrylics well enough to even try to do mine. This is outrageous to me! The young lady who told me all of this had zero confidence in herself or her other worker. With all that i just said no thank you and went to a lovely salon in Akron instead. I don't understand why they found it okay to wait 30 minuets before informing me they couldn't do anything for me. it was ridiculous and i will not be coming back to find out if the fill would have even been worth it, i am so upset.
