  • Bought a Groupon for services for this studio. I contacted Teresa per instructions on the Groupon voucher to make an appointment and I was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism. You always get this person's voicemail (Teresa). I left a voicemail midday & didn't hear back from nobody. I called again and left another message the following day only to get a call back from Teresa saying she was very busy always busy and didn't have time to acknowledge my appointment request. She was very rude for somebody that is offering services at Groupon and is unable to keep up with the demand. I'm sorry but the lack of customer service with Ageless Skin Studio is not their priority. She suggested with a very bad tone of voice thatI get a refund because she was just too busy to fit me in for a few weeks. I have never received this treatment before from any other spa services. Definitely not worth the time.
