I'm bumping Tina's from a 3 to a 4 because I know the owners daughter or daughter in-law. I'm also giving it a 4 because it really is the kind of bar I'd see myself in on random weekends, a perfect place to get away and hide from the regular DB's you typically see at more uppity joints.
Karaoke there was interesting in a fun, drunken dare kind of way. Drinks were reasonably priced and the bartender was very delightful. Just walking up to the place you really have to expect the unexpected. It might be best to try it out in the daylight first then slowly ease yourself into the night life here at Tina's.
I'm also not aware of many places in the area to compare to that fall in the divey / white trash cousin type bar so maybe my rating IS slightly high. I'll keep my eye out though.
