| - I have lived in Bella Vista since March 2014. It is very conveniently located close to stores, restaurants, and the 51 freeway which is wonderful for me, I like having places near by.
I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit with my family. We are on the ground floor which we preferred after living several years in multilevel home. Surprisingly we never hear our neighbors living above us. I have so many amazing and caring neighbors, I feel very fortunate we found this community.
The community is well maintained and kept very nice. There are two main entrances in the community and we are on the side of the complex that is closest to northern surprisingly you can never hear any traffic. I like that we have a separate gate entrance aside from the main gate, our side of the community is smaller and our unit's patio faces onto a beautiful desert wash that has trees and shrubs growing throughout it. There are two pools in this complex the one closest to my side is Heated which is nice and it has a Jacuzzi as well as a BBQ Ramada area. There is a second pool area on the southern end of the complex that isn't heated but still very nice. Plus we live in AZ it isn't necessary for heated pools anyways. The complex has a beautiful remodeled gym and leasing office, the mail room is locked 24 hours a day which is nice and secure. Our unit and all units are completely renovated prior to move in which is nice, I never expected such a modernized apartment.
We have only had minor issues but the support staff and maintenance is very quick to respond and they out the day of which is great. They always seem to be updating things around the complex which I find very nice. And if you have any issues with bugs pest control comes out once a week to spray the perimeter of your unit and you can also have them spray your inside of unit at no charge to you which is very nice.
You can also have valet trash pickup from your apartment door for only $1.00 per day which is awesome.
They also have special days where once a week or so that a different food truck comes and parks in front of the leasing office so that residents can enjoy delicious food and not have to leave the complex and reasonably priced food.
The community is very safe, lots of lights throughout the complex that stay on all night, it is also gated so that is nice safety feature as well, and all the pedestrian gates you have to have a key to enter and leave which also gives you a safe feel. And they give you Key Cards and Gate clickers to enter through the gates with your vehicles.
This is a great community with many nice amenities. And its very quiet which is nice. The Leasing office staff are amazing Spring, Nicki and Brianna are always so helpful and friendly. I love living here!
