First off they canceled my flight in the morning. So I go ask if they can book a new flight around that time since I need to get back early for school in California. The guy at the counter tells me he's found a flight and that it's already started boarding and tells me to go in a hurry. I ran about a mile to get to the gate number provided only to be told that the flight leaves at 8pm and not AM. Not only does the guy at the counter can't read, they book a flight 12 hour later?! Are you kidding me united? This is the worst flight experience ever! Plus the phone number just sends you to endless holds so it's impossible to talk to an agent.
Basically what I learned today was don't book a flight with United at this airport. I don't want you all to experience the same.
