Although the stylist was super friendly and knew what she was doing, I got purple highlights and it faded into blonde just 3 days later (she said it would fade but made it seem like it would last way longer than that). she was willing to redo my hair until the salon manager intervened and he was completely rude and uncaring. after he made it seem like such a big deal for them to redo my hair I got really fed up and annoyed and just asked for a refund. he refused a refund and wouldn't do anything for me to make up for the unhappiness of being overcharged for something that lasted just a mere 3 days. if you want a salon with decent prices and good customer service, keep looking!
