  • I was in the area and needed a brow wax so I tried this place on a whim. The wax was lackluster at best. I was impressed with how quickly she completed my service, but now I realize it was because she didn't trim any long hairs or pluck and strays. The light in the service room wasn't that bright so I didn't see all the stay hairs she had missed otherwise I would've mentioned it. I was able to get in right away, but check out took upwards of 5 minutes as the associate was either new or just helping out. I'm not sure which. I actually felt bad for her since it was like she was left to the wolves. All in all, the service wasn't worth the price. I could've done a better job at home.
