  • I stopped by with my family last night, to grab a few cheesesteaks. It was 8:51 p.m. The website says they're open till 9 p.m. The "open" sign was turned off, and chairs were stacked on many of the tables inside. Obviously they were not wanting my business. If your hours say you're until 9 p.m., I don't think you should turn off your neon open sign before 9 p.m. Many customers will rightfully assume you're closed, or your staff is going to be disgruntled having to serve somebody so close to closing time. I went elsewhere, and found a new favorite
