  • When force to relocate, we decided to rent out our home in Las Vegas. Needless to say we were very nervous about it. We were first time landlords and had very little time to work with. We turned to First Serve Realty after receiving a recommendation from a rep at our bank. As soon as we contacted Fadra, we were impressed. She made the entire process very smooth and really eased our minds. To add icing to the cake, she was able to get a tenant into the house in only two months. In Las Vegas, this was not common since the market was flooded at the time. Once that rent started coming in it took a huge weight off of our shoulders and allowed us to continue on with our lives and with peace of mind. After two years with First Serve Realty as our property managers, things are still going smooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a rental/property management need and not a lot of time to deal with it personally. They essentially allow you to fire and forget by taking care of almost every detail for you. Thanks again Fadra and the First Serve Realty team. Great job!!
